Remembrance day (Armistice day)
Note that Remembrance Sunday is held on the 2nd Sunday in November, whereas Armistice Day is on the 11th of November regardless of which day it lands.
Some places will hold special remembrance services or observe the 2 minutes silence on one or both of these days.
If specifically going to an activity please check whether it is Armistice Day or Remembrance Sunday that the event is being held on.
The two minutes silence is observed at 11 o'clock. Some events will start prior to that so as to incorporate the two minutes silence into the service.
